We collect account information (email, company name), uploaded knowledge base documents (PDFs, text files), and lead contact records submitted through the chat widget (names, phone numbers, email addresses).
2. How We Protect Your Data
All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) including phone numbers and email addresses are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We utilize row-level security and strict tenant isolation.
3. AI Grounding & Model Training Policy
Your uploaded training data and visitor conversations are strictly isolated to your organization. We never use your proprietary information or prospect interactions to train public or cross-tenant AI foundation models.
4. Data Deletion & Export
You may export or permanently delete your lead records and uploaded documents at any time via the management dashboard. Upon account closure, all stored customer records are permanently wiped.
